For many people, the biggest obstacle isn't a lack of talent or experience. It's confidence. It's years of learning to play small, waiting for someone else to notice your potential, or hoping the right opportunity will simply appear.

I've spent most of my career helping people discover they're capable of more than they imagined.

I've seen it happen in rooms full of women learning to use their voices with confidence.

I've seen it happen with older adults rediscovering purpose and possibility after retirement.

I've seen it happen with entrepreneurs finding the courage to put themselves and their businesses out into the world.

I've seen it happen with professionals who finally realize they don't have to wait for permission to advocate for themselves.

The audience changes.

The mission doesn't.

That's why I created Power Up, a new professional development series created through my consulting company, Creative Solutions, in collaboration with the Finishing School for Modern Women.

Power Up combines practical business skills with the confidence and communication tools that help people grow their careers, strengthen their businesses, and make a greater impact.

You don't need permission to share your ideas, advocate for yourself, or pursue the opportunities that matter to you. Sometimes you just need the confidence—and the skills—to take the next step.

Over three interactive evening workshops offered in Wichita, Kansas, we'll focus on the skills that open doors.
