What is a Badass Woman?
A badass woman is resilient, confident, and bold. She knows her mind, trusts her instincts, and moves through the world without waiting for permission or approval. She is sexy, she is funny, and she is unapologetically herself.
Being a badass means knowing your worth, owning it out loud, and refusing to let anyone mess with that. It’s about taking control of your life and becoming exactly who you were meant to be, no apologies.
What about men?
While our events are created with women’s experiences and perspectives in mind, all genders are welcome. We value allies of every kind and appreciate the men who show up with respect, curiosity, and support for women and families in our community.
Our Programs:
Some women come to make new friends. Others come with friends and leave with more. Either way, you'll find a welcoming group of women who know how to have a good time.
All of our programs are open to the public. Most events are $10 and may be paid in advance or at the door.
Panel Discussions
On the first Wednesday of each month (except December), we bring together a panel of smart, accomplished, and fascinating women, and sometimes men, at Flying Pig Improv in Wichita, Kansas for an evening of conversation, connection, and inspiration.
From business and travel to health, creativity, leadership, and everything in between, our panels explore topics that matter to women who are curious, engaged, and committed to living boldly.
Local Love & Community Experiences
We show up for local, women-owned businesses, creative spaces, museums, and cultural spots that give our city its soul.
These events take us inside the places you pass every day but don’t always step into—shops run by women building something of their own, along with local art, history, and cultural spaces that shape our community. We meet the people behind them, see what they’re creating, and experience Wichita from the inside out.
Celebrations
Being a badass isn't just about achieving goals—it's about enjoying the journey. Our celebrations are equal parts fun, friendship, and fabulousness.
Whether we're dancing, creating, competing, toasting, or trying something completely out of our comfort zones, these events give us a chance to connect, recharge, and celebrate the remarkable women in our community—including ourselves.
Fun-Raisers
We don’t do boring fundraisers. We create fun-raisers for nonprofits, community organizations, and groups that support women and families, all designed to be interactive, hands-on, and ridiculously fun.
Recent events include a Harmon Sisters Film Festival fundraiser, a Highland Cemetery tour experience, Sing-A-Long Bingo, and The Price Is Right game night for the Kansas Food Bank, and puppy-paw print art benefiting Beauty & Beasts Animal Rescue.
