The biggest takeaway?

No one can do everything they do without help! Delegating tasks and surrounding ourselves with people who understand and support what we do is key to being an overachiever.

We also talked about the reality of being overwhelmed by all we do, and that burnout is real, especially when we're leading with purpose and trying to make the world a better place.

It reminded me of a blog I wrote years ago that's included in my book, Never Finished.
