Join us Monday, March 14 at the PourHouse by Walnut River Brewing Company at 711 E. Douglas Avenue from 6 to 8 PM for another Badass Women of Wichita Alliance fundraiser.

Come meet Sara Joy Harmon at an exclusive screening of "Who Scammed Rajah Rabbit?" This film won the "Best Kansas Documentary Short" at the 2021 Tallgrass Film Festival. It tells the story of a salesman who came to Wichita in 1929 and conned the city into investing in 55,000 white rabbits.
Sara often describes herself as an illustrating, camera operating, comedy writing tap dancer. She is also a university adjunct professor. A fan of history, she loves to incorporate it into her work. She won her first film award for her documentary, "For Your Amusement: The Wonderland Park on Ackerman Island." The film details Wichita's first amusement park from 1906 to 1918.
