Over the six years of the Know Your Worth Women’s Leadership conference, many friendships, and alliances have been forged – in just one day! We want to invite all the past speakers and attendees of this conference to join the Badass Women of Wichita Alliance to celebrate the beginning of a new year and make new connections.
The Know Your Worth Women’s Leadership conference has its origin as a grass-roots conference in 2016. The purpose of this annual conference is to provide a day and place for women of diverse backgrounds and career paths to network, engage in a leadership experience, and discover their personal worth. Our vision is to create a culture of empowerment among women in the state of Kansas and beyond.
