We’re meeting at Elevate Community Lab in Broadway Autopark, 303 S. Broadway from 6 to 8 PM.

Program: We put ourselves under enormous pressure, yet no matter how much we achieve, it never feels like we are good enough and or have done enough. Let’s stop this madness! Life wasn’t meant to be a constant hustle. In this workshop, we’ll discover tips for soothing emotional exhaustion and coping skills that go beyond self-care to overcome overwhelm and beat burnout.
