Are you feeling overwhelmed by life, especially during the Christmas season? Sistahs Can We Talk founder Michelle Vann will lead the conversation to help us discover helpful tools to maintain our mental wellbeing and cope with the extra stress of the holiday season.
Sistahs Can We Talk is a non-profit organization to empower women to take charge of their health. This group helps women just like you to align minds, bodies, and spirits to live their best lives.
Its mission is to fill the gaps in health disparities for women of color by creating a safe place to learn, grow, and thrive. We do this through our Healthy Me initiative.

Michelle Vann is a Confidence Coach, founder, and CEO of Vanntastic Solutions. Michelle helps women achieve a healthy balance in their lives by dissolving the mindset issues that keep them stuck. She is also the founder of Sistahs Can We Talk, a non-profit the uses a Healthy Me initiative to provide resources for women to overcome the social determinates of health. Michelle is the author of two books, Stop the Merry-go-round, I Want to Get Off and Help along the Journey, and a co-author of the anthologies Daily Dose of Declarations and Becoming a Shero. She is currently creating a “Clutching My Pearls” podcast?, blog? series that will launch in the winter. In addition, Michelle is a mother, a pastor’s wife, an educator, and a public speaker.
