Take Flight: First Steps to Start Making Changes That Last

Thank you for signing up for our Study Hall Webinar!

Here's the replay of our session.

Thank you for attending my Take Flight class on March 26! This recording will be available for two weeks so you can see it again if you like.

It was a pleasure meeting you, Nancy. I'm fascinated with your music and German skill set and how you merge the two. I hope you can make it to a live Finishing School class or Badass Women event sometime!

I appreciate how open you were to share your life with me in your robe. I think we should have a PJ dress code from now on. Come as you are!

I'm always interested to hear what you're discovering as you think about what we've discussed in class. Please email me at if you have a big aha to share or a question to ask. You can also schedule a free 15-minute call.

The sky is not the limit. It's only the beginning!

Much love,

Headmistress Jill

Join me for the Spread Your Wings: Searching for Purpose Two-Day webinar on April 2nd and 3rd, or May 1st and 2nd for a 90-minute meeting each day. We'll explore Ikigai - a philosophy used in Japan since the Heian period (794 to 1185) to live a happy life by finding purpose.

This ancient practice examines what you love, what you're great at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid to do. In this two-day webinar, I'll guide you through this powerful tool to help you embark on a journey to discover your life purpose and live authentically.

The introductory price for this webinar is $69.

As a thank you for attending Take Flight, the price for you to sign up for this class is $49! Use the promo code TAKEFLIGHT to get this special offer!

10 Signs It's Time to
Make a Change Assessment

How to use this assessment for maximum impact:

  • Each of the ten signs that it's time to make a change has a question or two to ask yourself.

  • Give yourself the grace and permission to be gently honest as you read through the questions. This is simply a starting point, and it is within your power to change things. No shame!

  • If a specific example comes to mind from reading a question, write it down. Making notes is powerful in helping you dig deeper and make connections you wouldn't arrive at if you'd given the question a quick read.

  • If the sign applies to your life, draw a circle around the number.

  • After you've explored all ten signs, make a note of which signs you circled that are showing up in your life right now.

  • Don't let yourself get overwhelmed by the number of signs that mean something to you. Knowing how you're stuck is a gift! This important step makes it easier to put together a plan. And it will move you past the icky feeling of ignoring the discomfort.

  • Pick something to work on. Most people have little things and BIG things that need changing. Sometimes it's easier and a mood booster to make a small change. Other times, making a big change will give you maximum impact and the most peace. You decide.
