Active participation: Members are expected to actively contribute to discussions, share relevant experiences, and offer constructive feedback to other members. Attendance: Regular attendance at scheduled meetings is critical, with prior notification required for absences. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement and cancel a member's participation without refund or explanation should a member manifest hostile, aggressive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or violent behavior. Preparation for meetings: Members should come prepared to share updates on their goals, challenges, and relevant information for discussion. Feedback process: Provide constructive feedback to other members in a respectful and supportive manner. Commitment: The Wichita Women Entrepreneurs Mastermind is a six-month commitment and non-refundable once payment has been processed.
